  • Annual Contribution Milestone – 06/22/22, PTC reached over $800k in contributions. Let’s keep killing it!
  • 06/29/22 – Review Campaign: As a final effort for the review competition, this email will be sent to clients.
  • 06/27/22 – New Blog: Private Placements: Not the Time or Place for Careless Due Diligence was created to help educate clients and potential clients on the steps they should take to vet out businesses to invest in. A due diligence checklist/guide that could be used for any investment, not just private placements.
  • 06/14/22 – New Blog: Breaking News: IRA Custodian Blunders Security of Cryptocurrency Assets was posted to the website to help educate current and potential clients on the risks they face when they forego the security of their investments.
  • 06/14/22 – DC Client Education Continued: We shared a recent news article to both current clients and closed accounts, reinforcing what Carrie warned in her whitepaper would happen to clients that were looking for the cheapest option, not the most secure. We also sent them another email showing the benefits of subsequent purchases with PTC.
  • 06/13/22 – New Blog: In a recent survey, clients requested more information on how to execute a Roth conversion. This blog clarifies how as a current PTC client and potential clients.

  • 05/31/22 – Lead Generation: We are trying out a company that provides leads lists as another avenue to retrieve leads to convert to new accounts. Click Here to view the first email that was sent.
  • 05/06/22 – New Client Email Drip Update: New emails educating clients on cryptocurrency investments have been added to the drip, starting after the “How’d We Do?” email (see April post for reference).

  • 05/02/22 – Client Review Raffle: During the month of May, if clients leave 2 or 3 reviews they will be entered into a raffle for a $50 or $100 gas station gift card.   • Annual Contribution Milestone – 04/12/22, PTC reached over $600k in contributions. Let’s keep the momentum going!
  • Annual Contribution Milestone – 04/01/22, PTC reached over $500k in contributions. That’s no April fools joke!
  • 04/21/22 – Client Survey: A survey was sent to clients to gauge interest in learning more about other investments that they may not currently be investing in. Clients can elect to be contacted by a Company Partner for more information. Clients will be contacted by any of the following Company Partners – Digital One, Ignite Funding, Priority Gold, and Phoenix Capital – depending on what they selected.
  • 04/18/22 – New Client Education Email Drip: This automated email drip was created to help new clients better manage their IRA accounts by educating them on various topics such as navigating their online portal, contributions, different account types, different assets, etc. New emails will be added to the drip throughout the year. These emails are sent weekly and clients are automatically enrolled when they are converted to Account Status: Client.

  • 04/18/22 – New Lead Email Drip: This automated email drip was created to educate leads that have submitted an application in an effort to better educate new clients even before their account is officially open. Leads are automatically enrolled in this workflow when they have a Lead Status of Pending Funds Transfer or Pending Compliance Info. There is a “general” lead drip and individual drips that have been created for Digital One, Priority Gold, USMR, Ignite Funding and GoldCo. The main difference is that our team player email references the name of the company partner to help clients make that correlation.
  • 04/15/22 – New Animated Video: Top 5 Mistakes Investors Make with Precious Metals was created as a video that can be used to educate leads and clients on how to navigate precious metal investments in an IRA.
  • 04/15/22 – New How To Videos: Two new videos were created to help new clients login to their online account portal for the first time and help current clients login and show them navigate around their online portal. The new client login video has been added to Client Services email templates in Salesforce. This will hopefully mitigate staff time spent walking clients through the process.
  • 04/15/22 – PTC/Ignite Funding One-Sheet: Use this one-sheet to help leads or clients understand the relationship between PTC & Ignite Funding when they choose to utilize a SD-IRA to invest qualified funds in Trust Deeds. It describes what each company does for the client, what to contact them for, fees, and provides contact information for each company.

  • 03/09/22 – IRA LLC Service Announcement: We officially announced to all clients that PTC is providing the service to set-up IRA LLC’s which featured our Press Release from last month. Click Here to view the email.
  • 03/02/22 – March Webinar: This webinar will focus on investing in real estate with a SDIRA, hosted by Carrie. This was co-marketed with Ignite leads as well, so a specific example for Trust Deed investments will be given as well as real property assets.

February

  • Annual Account Milestone – On 02/17/22 PTC reached over 200 new accounts. Keep it up!
  • 02/24/22 – Press Release: PTC officially announced that it offers the service to set-up IRA LLCs for clients with a press release issued via PRNewswire. This announcement was delayed due to some proposed legislation that could have potentially prevented this method of investing.
  • 02/24/22 – Webinar Invite: Emails were sent to both Ignite & PTC leads inviting them to PTC’s March 2nd webinar focusing on real estate in an IRA.
  • 02/23/22 – Client Survey: A Survey Monkey was sent to clients for the first time in PTC history to get client feedback on current services and gauge interest on others. The questions were as follows:
    • What services are we excelling at/meeting your expectations?
    • What services are we needing to improve?
    • Is there anything account or investment related that you would like more educational information about?
    • How responsive have we been to your questions or concerns?
    • Would you be interested in receiving text messages for important general announcements or information provided by PTC?
    • If our company were to donate $10 to a cause for each review that was left in 2022, would you leave a review for us on the BBB/Google?
    • Overall, how satisfied are you with PTC?
  • 02/22/22 – Blog Revamp: Original blog was revamped to “5 Easy Steps to a Self-Directed IRA” to include the step to find your alternative investment of choice first and clarifies that custodians like PTC don’t directly offer investments.
  • 02/17/22 – Webinar Invite: Marketing deployed an ad/invitation, in a Las Vegas RJ email blast, to the PTC webinar hosted by Carrie on March 2nd. Click Here to view. The webinar will discuss investing in real estate within an IRA and give a specific example for Trust Deeds with Ignite and an example for real property.
  • 02/14/22 – Review Campaign – All Clients: All clients that have not yet left a review will receive a more generic email request for reviews on a quarterly basis.

  • 02/09/22 – IRA Account Type Chart: A comparison chart was created to help both leads and clients determine what type of IRA account is right for them. This is also located in the PDrive: Marketing Folder>Onesheets.
  • 02/08/22 – Review Campaign – Client Anniversary: Clients with a 5yr anniversary with PTC will receive this email to thank them for their long-term loyalty and asks to share their experience. These have been scheduled to send bi-monthly throughout the year.
  • 02/02/22 – Social Media/Digital Ads: New lead generating ads were deployed utilizing the Roth Conversion whitepaper and Misconceptions Whitepaper as free downloads.

January

  • Annual Account Milestone – On 01/20/22 PTC reached over 100 accounts! That’s cray cray! Go team!
  • 01/24/11 – Review Campaign – Precious Metals Clients: Review request emails will be sent to clients that have recently opened their accounts and executed their first investment. These emails are specifically targeting PM clients b/c they have the most engagement with PTC during the application & first investment process. Click Here to view.

    • Inbound Client Services will be calling a list of clients in cohesion with the emails to ensure client education.
  • 01/05/22 – Marketing Folder: This folder was added to the P:Drive for all staff to utilize materials created to assist with educating prospective and current clients.
  • 01/01/22 – New Marketing Position: Inbound Client Services was created to reach out to and onboard marketing driven lead sources and company partner mutual clients. They will also be assisting with contacting current clients to obtain reviews and educate them on making contributions.
