- As part of the onboarding process of new company partners, marketing is encouraging CP prospects to visit PTC. This allows them to see our operation and to discuss what everyone’s expectations are with the partnership. This done in the effort to foster strong partner relations from the start and streamline the account process for them.

- 01/12/23 – Pillars of Finance: The marketing dept. has been working on launching a separate event platform for PTC to host events that feature Company Partners to educate clients on other investments and bring in new client accounts. What has been done to get us to this point:
- Extensive research to find the best & most cost effective platform to host both virtual and hybrid (includes in-person attendance) events.
- Extensive testing of the ZOOM Events platforms to understand how to set-up events and all the features capabilities, what the company partner experience will be and how we will need to coordinate with them before, day-of and post-event, what the attendee experience will be virtually (computer & cell phone) and in-person, and what analytics are collected.
- Creating a dedicated Pillars of Finance website and embedding Hubspot forms to easily capture/integrate registrant information into Salesforce & Hubspot.
- Cleaning old lists to reengage 1000s of old leads from both sister companies.
- Utilizing a 3rd party marketing platform to ensure that the attempt to reengage old leads does not affect the integrity of company email addresses and the ability to use our current marketing platform.
- Implementing a strategy to market the event across all outlets across both sister companies – targeted emails, social media, digital advertising, etc.
- Strategizing what content will be presented by the first featured company partner, Ignite Funding.
- Implementing that strategy into powerpoints & sponsored marketing by Ignite Funding.

- 01/01/23 – 2023 Website/Blog/Email/Landing Pg/Marketing Material Updates: The PTC website & various marketing materials were audited for updates required for new 2023 IRS rules & regulations, as well as PTC company updates. Every time there is an update the marketing department must rinse & repeat.
- Fun Fact: PTC alone has over 100 active emails & email templates for individual leads, company partner leads, and current PTC clients between Hubspot & Salesforce.
